Mike Turner has been Executive Director at the Housing Authority of Tompkinsville for 10 years. He is also Executive Director at the Housing Authority of Burkesville. Mike was born in Burkesville, Kentucky with big dreams. Never had he planned to be a minister or an Executive Director, but he has changed the face of public housing in these two small Kentucky towns. With his ideas, he will bring public housing to a new level.
